About Me

My greatest passion in life is helping people remember who they are and truly thrive in their relationships.

I believe that our world will become a more peaceful, kind, and loving place the more each individual learns how to heal their trauma, transform their belief systems, and act more from self-love.

My own healing, growth, and self-realization have been my top priority for many years now — and it’s what inspired me to get into the work that I do with my clients.

My path of healing, purpose, and love

  • During the final months of a wildly unhealthy 15-year relationship full of abuse, addiction, and codependency, I finally hit rock bottom and began to seek help and heal.

And because I’ve never looked back, my life has only continued to get better since then.

I dove head-first into my own personal transformation, working with multiple therapists and coaches and really focusing on myself for the first time ever.

In doing my own work, I benefited a lot from somatic modalities like hypnotherapy and breathwork. These helped me not only get out of my head (a big opportunity for me), but also go deep into my past trauma and buried emotions.

The more I’ve evolved into my True Self, the more abundant and fulfilling my life has become.

And as it turns out, that 15-year relationship was a blessing in disguise. I see it now as one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received because of the life it led me to.

  • Early on in my personal healing journey, I realized my story inspired other people in their own lives, and my passion for helping people on their own paths of self-actualization was born.

So I wrote and published my bestselling book, which documents my experience in that 15-year relationship and my first year of healing.

The launch of my book coincided with the launch of my business, and I soon left the corporate world to pursue my passion as a solopreneur coach and guide.

In addition to the training I received to become a coach, I received certification in heart-centered hypnotherapy since it had helped me heal my trauma in such a big way. And now, I absolutely love using a mix of coaching and therapy in my sessions and retreats.

  • My own romantic relationship journey is a testament to what is possible when we commit to our own healing and self-realization.

If you think about romantic relationships on a spectrum — where one end is wildly unhealthy and unhappy, and the other end is incredibly happy and thriving — I’ve gone from one extreme to the next.

And it’s a direct result of my own work.

Once I ended my first marriage and began to heal, my romantic relationships only got better and better. I learned to set healthy boundaries, communicate my needs and desires, hold high standards for myself, and really enjoy myself in an intimate partnership.

Through a handful of short-term relationships and dating experiences, I grew tremendously and became really clear on what I wanted and didn’t want.

And then I met Tyler, my now husband.

Our relationship of ~4 years started out amazing and continues to only get better — because both of us are committed to our own growth and self-realization.

We are two whole, healthy individuals who don’t need each other but do very much enjoy each other and benefit a lot from having each other in our lives.

And the joy, fun, depth, and love that this relationship has amplified in my life just inspires me even more to help people attract and create their own versions of healthy, thriving relationships.

The key is to start within you.
