My retreat with Ted was one of the best experiences that has helped me heal from childhood traumas. Ted has a unique way of facilitating the sessions that creates a safe space which allows me to focus on me and my higher good.

He helped me work through emotional blocks that were preventing me from enjoying life.

Working with Ted has also helped me to slow down, live in the moment, and be present with myself. I am already experiencing more peace no matter where I am or what I am doing. And that has been worth it all…the peace…because I have never actually experienced that before.

I can’t thank Ted enough for his patience and guidance as I’ve worked through this and look forward to continued work with him.

I came to Ted feeling stuck, blocked, and like I wasn’t allowing myself to be me. I wasn’t sure I even knew what love felt like, what it meant to say ‘I love you,’ or how to fully mean it.

  • After our intro session before the retreat, I already noticed a change in terms of beginning to feel more. And I began to develop a freer mindset of “What’s the worst that can happen?” — especially when it comes to dating.

Then Ted and I had the full-day retreat. Something in me changed that day because I feel like I flipped a switch in the days that followed.

I am totally just letting a lot of my old stuff go in my relationships. I am shocking myself with how open I've become, in both new relationships and with friends I've had for years. We've been having some really great conversations.

I feel like this all happened naturally and organically as a result of releasing the stuff I did with Ted. And I’m so grateful for all that I get to experience now.
